REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 7 days of receiving it. The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed after our warehouse receives the returned item. You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?

You will receive a discount code equivalent to the value of the product you paid at website Runway within 7 days from the date Runway receives the returned product and accepts your return request. Delivery costs and all other costs other than the product price will not be refunded in case the customer changes his mind or is not satisfied with the product.

Discount code has a validity period of 30 days, only applicable when purchasing online (not applicable in store). The excess amount will not be returned if you purchase a product of lower value.
